The Wi-Fi 6E and 5G connectivity on the iPad Pro were exceptional. I was able to stay connected to the internet even in crowded areas and while traveling at high speeds. Best Large Screen Tablets for Graphic Design

Screen Size: 12.4 |  Resolution: 2560 x 1600RAM: 12GB |  ROM: 512GB

As someone who juggles from graphic design to coaching, the SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S9+ quickly became my primary device for all purposes. Its stunning display, powerful processor, and the excellent S Pen stylus made it an ideal fit. The Tab S9+ is perfect for those who need a device that can keep up with their demanding workflow.

The 12.4″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen was a dream to work on. The colors were vibrant, and the contrast was so deep that it felt like my designs were popping off the page. The screen is great for video editors too as it accurately displays all the details of the footage.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chip also made a big difference in my workflow. I was able to run multiple creative apps simultaneously without any lag or slowdown. Wi-Fi 6E connectivity ensured that I was always connected to the internet, so I could stream and download files quickly and easily.

One of the best features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ was the included S Pen. It felt just like a real pen, and it’s incredibly versatile. I’ve used it to jot down notes, sketch ideas, and even compose music. It was genuinely the most intuitive stylus I had ever used.

DeX Mode was a fantastic feature that allowed me to use my tablet like a PC. I could open multiple windows, effortlessly drag and drop files, and even connect an external monitor. This feature made it possible for me to work on complex projects on the go, without having to carry around a laptop.

However, the absence of a headphone jack could be a problem for people who prefer wired headphones.  Additionally, although the 512GB storage was spacious, I often found myself relying on cloud services for extra space, as my projects and files tended to be quite hefty.

The Surface Pro 9’s Intel 12th Gen i7 processor makes it a powerhouse for multitasking. The Surface Pro 9 handles all of these tasks with ease, and I never experience any lag or slowdown.

The Surface Slim Pen 2 feels just like a real pen in my hand. The pressure sensitivity and tilt support give me the same level of control and expression that I would have with a traditional pen and paper.

Best 2 in 1 Tablet Large Screen

Screen Size: 13.3 |  Resolution: 1920 x 1080  |  RAM: 4GB |  ROM: 64GB

The Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 Chromebook seamlessly integrated into my workflow. Its stunning OLED display was perfect for editing photos and videos, while the long battery life allowed me to work all day without worrying about running out of power. The convenience of the detachable keyboard and stylus support made it incredibly easy to switch between tablet and laptop modes.

I was always searching for displays that could accurately represent the colors in my work. The 13.3″ full-HD Samsung OLED display completely impressed me with its precise color reproduction. Boasting a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, it showcased a broader spectrum of colors compared to traditional LED displays. As a result, my artwork appeared more vibrant and realistic than ever before.

With up to 15 hours of battery life, the IdeaPad Duet 5 Chromebook effortlessly kept up with my busy schedule. It allowed me to engage in a full day of projects without worrying about running out of power. This was a huge plus for me, as I often work on the go.

The detachable fabric folio keyboard and stylus support made switching between tablet and laptop modes a breeze for me. Both the keyboard and stylus were highly responsive, and the screen offered ample space for comfortable usage in both modes.

Performance-wise, the Snapdragon SC7180 processor paired with 4GB RAM effortlessly managed all my multitasking demands. Additionally, the Google Play Store provided access to a wide range of apps, ensuring I always had access to the necessary tools to get the job done.

However, the Samsung OLED display felt a bit heavy for a tablet, especially if you’re used to lighter devices. My arms got tired after holding it in tablet mode for a long time. Additionally, while the magnetic case served its purpose, it didn’t offer the sturdiest protection. I was worried it might not protect the device well if it fell.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 Chromebook stands out as an ideal choice for professionals seeking a blend of performance, versatility, and visual brilliance. Whether you’re drafting designs, editing videos, or planning events, this device promises to elevate your work experience.

PROS CONS

Best Big Screen Tablets for Students

Screen Size: 13.3 |  Resolution: 1920 x 1080  |  RAM: 4GB |  ROM: 128GB

The ASUS VivoBook 13 Slate is a 2-in-1 device that’s perfect for students and professionals. As a designer, I found it to be perfect for creating and editing digital art, thanks to its sharp and vibrant display and responsive stylus. I also liked the tablet came with a detachable keyboard for longer projects.

The 13.3-inch FHD OLED touchscreen, reinforced with Corning Gorilla Glass, provided an excellent visual experience for my digital work. Whether I was engaged in high-graphics design work or viewing multimedia content, the PANTONE® Validated display consistently delivered vibrant and true-to-life visuals.

“Most tablets and laptops at this price point opt for LCD screens, but Asus has gone for OLED instead. The viewing experience benefits as a result, with rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks. That’s particularly apparent when watching videos or scrolling social media, but it’s nice to have all the time.” (Tech Advisor)

Inside, the VivoBook was equipped with an Intel Pentium N6000 Quad-Core Processor and 4GB RAM. This combination ensured that I could conveniently handle multiple tasks at once, be it data visualization, creating interactive presentations, or digital art creation.

The pen featured ultra-low latency, resulting in virtually no lag between my writing or drawing on the screen and the appearance of the ink. This gave the pen a very natural and fluid feel in use. I also liked the detachable keyboard. This made it easy to transform the tablet into a laptop, which is ideal for typing longer documents or emails.

Having two USB-C ports provided me with high-speed data transfer and versatile connectivity options. I remember connecting my external hard drive and being able to transfer a large file in just seconds. Additionally, I really appreciated the fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button, which gave me peace of mind, knowing that my data was secure.

The fusion of OLED and Dolby Vision offered a cinematic viewing experience for my videos and animations. When combined with Dolby Atmos audio, it was ideal for film and video editors like me who demand the best sound and visual quality.

While the VivoBook 13 Slate was well-suited for my everyday needs with its array of features, its processor fell short for heavy-duty video editing tasks. However, it was more than capable of handling activities like document editing, multimedia consumption, and lighter design work.

Overall, It’s a versatile tablet that can be used for a variety of tasks, from productivity to creativity. It handled all of my everyday tasks with ease, including web browsing, email, and document editing. I also used it for some light photo editing and video editing, and it performed well.

The OnePlus Pad 11.61 was instrumental in boosting my productivity and creativity. Its display featured incredibly vibrant and accurate colors, and the high resolution allowed me to see every detail in my work clearly. This was particularly perfect for viewing architectural designs and visualizations.

The 11.61″ LCD Display of the device, featuring a unique 7:5 ratio known as ReadFit, offered a more squared view that was perfect for my design and 3D modeling work. This ratio ensured that designs and elevations were displayed with minimal scrolling, enhancing both comfort and readability.

Screen Size: 11 |  Resolution: 2000 x 1200  |  RAM: 4GB |  ROM: 64GB

Amazon Fire Max 11 is perfect for my busy, varied lifestyle. The tablet’s vibrant 11″ display is perfect for working on detailed designs. The octa-core processor and 4 GB RAM ensure that everything runs smoothly. As someone who dabbles in graphic design and loves gaming in my free time, this tablet is a real gem for me.

The 11-inch display is packed with 2.4 million pixels, making everything incredibly sharp and vibrant. Whether I’m editing a design or just browsing photos, the quality of the visuals is top-notch.

With its octa-core processor and 4 GB RAM, this tablet provides gamers with a responsive gaming experience. I was able to play my favorite games at high settings without any lag or stuttering. The tablet also has a 14-hour battery life, so I could game all day without having to worry about running out of power.

I also really like that you can add a keyboard case and stylus pen to the tablet. It turns the tablet into a mini laptop, which is perfect for when I need to write up some quick notes or do some research. This feature is super useful for people in other fields too, like journalists or doctors who need to write down important information on the go.

However, I definitely felt the lack of Google Play. There are a few apps that I rely on for work that I haven’t been able to find on the Amazon App Store. I’ve had to sideload some of them, but it’s been a bit of a hassle. As for the stylus, it’s decent for casual use, but when I was working on detailed digital art or trying my hand at 3D modeling, it just didn’t have the precision I was looking for.

The Amazon Fire Max 11 is no doubt your dynamic workspace, a portable entertainment hub, and a reliable daily companion, all wrapped up in a sleek design. Perfect for professionals who value efficiency and creativity, its competitive price-to-performance ratio caters to a diverse range of needs.
