Have you seen the new Adobe logo for 2023?
It first appeared when Adobe released Adobe Firefly, a game-changing generative AI tool. For our first-hand experience, see our Adobe Firefly review.
As part of the launch video, eagle-eyes may have spotted the new logo for Adobe that combines their former ‘A’ symbol into the ‘Adobe’ text, along with bolder letterforms.
Below you can see the new 2023 logo for Adobe, or at least a new variation of its current logo. Plus, a comparison of the two latest Adobe logos.
Update: June 30, 2023:
According to Adobe’s head of brand strategy, Heather Combs, it’s not a logo at all. Rather, she says, it’s a wordmark.
“It’s not replacing the logo; it’s just a new expression in the way that we are creating the way our brand shows up in the world,” she said to Fast Company.
Update: May 23, 2023
As of May 23, Adobe Firefly’s technology has been integrated into Photoshop (beta) and Illustrator (beta).

And for those curious, here is how you can get Adobe Firefly in Photoshop.
How to get Adobe Firefly in Photoshop
- Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Get 65% off Adobe CC here)
- Select Beta apps in the left sidebar of the Apps panel.
- Select Install for the Photoshop beta app.
- Once installed, select Open.
You must be a current subscriber to Adobe CC to access Adobe Photoshop beta. It’s worth noting that you can run multiple beta builds at the same time.
If you don’t see the “Generative Fill” option straight away, close PS Beta and re-run the CC updater, make sure you have the latest version. You need V24.6 to find this option.
